7th Pay Commission Report on 19th November 2015. Expected Hike is 15%

In contrary to 6th pay commission in which 35% hike was for Government Employees, the 7th pay commission is expected to propose an approximate 15% hike in salaries starting from 1st January 2016 after the clearance from cabinet, as reported by various newspapers.

The recommendations will impact ~50 lakh central government employees and ~54 lakh pensioners. As per economists the hike in salary will boost the consumption-driven recovery in the domestic economy. The sale of households, cars, affordable houses is expected to rise.

Application process for 'Canal Patwari' and 'Gram Sachiv' has started. Those who are interested can visit the website of HSSC ( Haryana Staff Selection Commission) and can applied. The advertisement number for these post is 6/2015 (Cat 1 for Canal patwari = old advt. 5/2007 cat. 4) and (Cat 2 for Gram sachiv=old 2/2013 cat 07). Those who applied earlier against old advertisement need not to submit fee but required to fill application form again and need to upload scanned fee proof (Such as Challan etc).
Number of vacancies for Canal Patwari is 892 and for Gram Sachiv is 435. The educational criteria, application process and other required details can be found out on these links.
